PAMELA HASTINGS
Pam is the co-founder and President of The Hastings Group. She has been designing and implementing enterprise-level Commercial Mortgage Origination and Securitization systems for the financial services industry for over 15 years. She has developed a unique software design and development process that has had unwavering and proven success for almost 20 years.
Pam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany.
SCOTT HASTINGS
Scott is the co-founder and CEO of The Hastings Group and is responsible for leading the development of the firm's long-term direction and strategy. His day-to-day management of the business operations and finances allows the consultants to remain completely focused on client delivery.
Scott has a Masters of Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from the State University of New York at Albany.
THEODORA KALBOUROS
As Managing Consultant, Dora brings world-class professionalism and an unparalleled attention to detail to each client engagement. She has over 10 years experience in Commercial Lending technology and has a background in actuarial science and accounting. She is the lead Product Manager and Designer for Single Asset and Portfolio Underwriting, Integrated Excel Cash-flow Models, and Securitization Management solutions.
Dora has a Masters of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Baruch College.
CATHERINE VELENOVSKY
Cathy is a Senior Consultant with over 15 years experience in consulting, actuarial science, and software design and brings an exceptional ability to understand and automate complex financial concepts and business processes. She is the lead Product Manager and Designer for the Loan Management, Capital Structure, Loan Closing, and Warehouse Lending solutions and draws upon a diverse skill set to bring expert client service to all engagements.
Cathy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany.
